Cheap and budget-friendly hotel with friendly and efficient staff. the location was dead center, making it convenient to explore the city.

The wifi was unreliable and the internet connection was poor most of the time. the outdated routers could definitely use an upgrade.

Cheap clean place to stay

People smoking at the breakfast table ( There should be absolutely no smoking around the tables ) Staff member should inform all guest.I Believe that this policy was introduce by the Goverment

hotel is very old building, i found a big cockroach in the room even clean. price is high comparing same class hotels.

The hotel was in a super convenient location with all the amazing talents and Hollywood movie characters just a short walk away. We had a blast exploring the wide path between the stalls and checking out all the cool shows. The outdoor location at Siam Country Club was totally unique and made for some epic Instagram pics. And don't even get me started on the cruises by sailing junks with lunch included - it was like something out of a movie! We could experience all the fun that Pattaya has to offer by making Sawasdee Sabai our base.

The only thing we wished for was even more fun activities specifically catered to young party-goers like us. I mean, don't get me wrong, we had a great time, but it would have been awesome if the hotel organized some exclusive parties or events for us.

this hotel staff need to educate how to behave with guests. No lift No good Rooms. Will not visit again. Sorry

staff is really good and helpfull

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was mind-blowingly affordable and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was super convenient, with everything I wanted to see and do just a short walk away. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping and complementary water were such nice touches. Plus, the free parking and safe at the reception were a huge bonus. I've stayed at many hotels before, but this one definitely exceeded all my expectations. If I ever return to this city, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. It truly deserves a 10 out of 10 rating!

The hotel is located near the main street. There are many shops, restaurants. Beach is only a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious well-furnished. Near the hotel is quiet. Hotel je umístěn blízko hlavní ulice. V okolí je mnoho obchodů, restaurací. Pláž je od hotelu vzdálena pouze pár minut chůze. Pokoj byl prostorný dobře zařízený. Okolí hotelu je klidné.

Unfortunately,none of my requests were implied,specially insisting on giving me a room on the fourth floor while been told I have heart problem (an open heart surgery) by Jeeranna and her manager. As well as they are so rude.

The general areas are well-maintained and provide a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior traveler, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The absence of stairs and the presence of a lift made it easy for me to move around without any difficulties. The convenient location also allowed for enjoyable walks and convenient tuktuk rides to explore the surrounding area.

While the staff at the hotel were polite, friendly, and efficient, I would have appreciated a bit more assistance tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been desirable if they had offered additional support or services catering to the needs of older individuals.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the toiletries were replenished daily. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and the fridge was large enough for a week's worth of groceries. The staff at the reception desk were welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the nightlife and right in the city center. Everything we needed was within close proximity, including the fascinating Walking Street. The breakfast offered was affordable and delicious. The air conditioning worked well, and the daily housekeeping ensured the room was always clean and tidy. The hotel also provided free parking and a complimentary safe at the reception.
